1. Write a sample shift note

Sample worker: Casey Example. Sample participant: Alex Example. The sample shift is two hours of cooking support.

In your real notes, use clear observations. Avoid guessing how a person feels. Check the correct participant, shift and linked goal before signing.

  2. Read the sample observations about a cooking shift. Select the sample meal preparation goal.
  3. Choose Review the sample note. Check the activity, response and selected goal.
  4. Type Casey Example, then choose Sign the sample note. Only the sample is signed.
  5. The sample note is locked. Your real records have not changed. Reset the sample to try again.
