  1. Check the source record. A sample timesheet has one two-hour shift at $68 per hour. Its status is waiting for participant approval. What comes before issuing this invoice? Resolve the timesheet review and check participant approval. Check the timesheet and resolve any corrections. Waiting for approval does not mean the participant has approved it.
  2. Review the amount. The sample timesheet is approved. Two hours at $68 per hour totals $136. The draft invoice shows $163. What should happen before issue? Correct the mismatch and review the invoice details. Check the hours, support items, rates, recipient, dates and total. Review the corrected invoice before issuing it.
  3. Separate issue, delivery and payment. The sample invoice for $136 is issued. Delivery is queued. No payment has been received. Which statement is accurate? It is issued; delivery and payment still need separate checks. ThimbleCare keeps invoice and payment records. It does not move participant funds. Record a payment only after confirming it was actually received.
