Download documents and request your records
You can read and download records that your current account is authorised to access. A document saved to your device stays outside the app's access controls.
Download an available document
- Open the relevant agreement, invoice or Documents entry.
- Check the person, document title, date and status.
- Choose the offered Download, Save or Share action when the file is ready.
- Complete your browser or phone's save/share prompt.
- Check that you can open the downloaded file and that it is the intended version.
Preparing means a file is not ready yet. A cancelled phone share dialog does not mean a file was sent. Some documents or export actions may be unavailable for your role or record status; do not assume a full account archive is offered.
Ask for access, correction or deletion
The privacy policy explains how to contact hello@thimblecare.com about your information. State what you need and a safe reply address. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or extra health documents.
ThimbleCare may need to check your identity or authority. Some signed, financial or incident records must be retained, and a correction can be recorded alongside the original. Closing an account does not automatically erase every shared or downloaded copy.
Store and share carefully
Check the intended recipient before sharing. Use a private location on your device and avoid public links or shared downloads folders. A supporter can only request or receive records within their authority. Ask support if an expected document is missing or access appears wrong.
