Your home screen
This guide is for a participant. Home brings together your approvals, upcoming support and records. It does not ask you to run a worker business.
Before you start
Sign in with your email code. A new account can have empty lists until your worker sends paperwork or books support.
On the web
- What needs me lists agreements and timesheets waiting for you. Open an item to read it. Seeing it here does not sign or approve it.
- My budget shows recorded budget information. Add my budget opens the entry steps when offered. See Your plan and budget.
- The bell and Notifications open account updates. A notice helps you find a record; the record holds its current status.
- Everything else links to shifts, schedule, timesheets, agreements, invoices, documents, incident logs, support team and settings.
- My shifts coming up shows upcoming booked support when available.
On a larger screen, more cards appear side by side. The actions have the same names.
On the native phone app
Use Home, To approve, Calendar and More. Home shows things waiting for you, booked support, budget information and messages when available. Pull down to refresh a list.
To approve is where you check items sent for approval. Calendar is for your schedule. More opens the other records and settings available to your account. Native and web layouts differ; an unavailable phone action may have a web path described in its guide.
Shifts and requests
On the web, My schedule shows upcoming shifts. Switch between List and Calendar. Ask for a shift creates a request for an eligible worker; it is not a confirmed booking. Use View my requests to check their response.
My shifts shows recorded past shifts. Open one to read the note and use the correction request offered if something needs fixing.
What to open next
- Agreements to read and sign your terms.
- Timesheets to check the work and cost.
- Invoices or Documents for copies.
- Privacy and security for profile details and message choices.
If something goes wrong
An empty list can mean nothing has been sent yet. If a loading or error screen stays, refresh or use Try again. If a record still cannot load, use Getting help.
